I use small LLMs to "read" each post, to extract data: weight-loss, side-effects, poly-pharmacuitical use ("stacking"), but also expose the individual posts/reports in an interactive, ever updating dynamic article/website that lets you filter on side effect, their co-occurence, on weight loss, on which pairs of drugs people are on
