We defined psychiatric comorbidity as having alcohol and substance abuse (ICD-10: F10-F19), schizophrenia (ICD-10: F20-F29), bipolar disorders (ICD-10: F30-F31), major depression (ICD-10: F32-F33), eating disorders (ICD-10: F50), personality disorders (ICD-10: F60-F62) and psychotropics within 10 years prior to index date ( See Supplementary Table 1)
