Work in progress Year:2024 Tunia’s Cantomoro is a redWork in Progress is a whole cluster red blending Merlot (60%) and Garnacha (40%) from calcareous clay vineyards in Cretas (Aragn), made just across the border in Arnes, Terra Alta. Certified organic. The Merlot was mostly whole cluster with a short three day maceration; the Garnacha was fully whole cluster with a one day soak.
