Instead of heavy seasoning, it leans on a careful cold infusion of lemon and orange peel, vanilla and juniper. This keeps the citrus bright, the spice gentle, and the herbal notes clean rather than harsh. The result is a bitter herbal, aromatic drink with a juicy citrus core and a soft touch of sweetness from the vanilla. It feels crafted more like a careful
