Apoï mediumbody Vinyes Singulars crafts Brisat usingApo by Vo Vignes is a red wine from the slopes of Mount Olympus, in the village of Krania, Greece. It comes from a tiny vineyard called Papous, planted in 1944, where old vines of Xinomavro, Stavroto, and Krasato grow in slate soils at 400 meters above sea level. The vines are farmed with permaculture practices, and everything is done by hand, including harvesting. The 2020 vintage was shaped by a very dry and hot season, with over 40 days above 40C.
